Cancellation Policy
At AGI, we strive to provide the best service and support to our clients. We understand that plans can change, and we want to be transparent about our refund policy regarding deposits for kitchen and interior design services. 1. Non-Refundable Consulting Fees + Deposits: 2. Consulting Fee: All of our hourly services are non-refundable. 3. Purpose of Custom Cabinetry + Design Services Deposit: The deposit covers initial planning, measurements, and design work. It helps us allocate resources and time to ensure your project receives the attention it deserves. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. 4. Cancellation Policy: If you decide to cancel your project after the deposit has been paid, the deposit will not be refunded. However, if you need to reschedule your consultation or project, we will do our best to accommodate you based on our availability. 5. Project Commencement: If the project is initiated and you choose to terminate the agreement after work has begun, the deposit will still be considered non-refundable, and any additional fees incurred up to that point will be due. 6.
